My total miles for February was 14.65. Oof, that is not good. I could blame it on the snow storms, but really it was my plain laziness. I really need to work on this. My goal for the month was 75 miles. I was WAY off on this. I had too much hopeful thinking 🙁 Anyone have suggestions for motivations to get out and run during the week?

I also went to yoga once and swam laps once.
My goal for March is 60 miles and yoga 4 times. I would also like to do some weight training. I have 3 races planned for the month – a 10k, 14k, and half marathon.
