I was sent a pair of the new Under Armour HOVR Sonic shoes to test out! I’m sure most people have heard about KT Tape, a wondrous thing for those with muscle pain or other annoyances. I have been wearing KT Tape on and off for a few years. It has helped with my ankle, IT Band, Carpal tunnel, neck/back, calf…and many other body parts.
