Monday night I forced myself to go to the gym, even though I was feeling really lazy. I hadn’t run or done anything for over a week because I haven’t been feeling well.I ended up running 5k on the treadmill straight through with no walk breaks (and then walked .2 miles to cool down). It was a nice easy run at a 11 minute/mile pace for the first 2 miles, and then I gradually sped up for the last mile up to 9:30mm.

After running, I went to yoga class. Love.

Time to get back into the swing of things….I have a lot of races coming up!
