Monday night was gym night. I was feeling good after my half marathon the day before, so I wanted to keep up my workouts. I did not want to run, so I did 35 minutes at 4 resistance (6.76 miles) on the bike, 15 minutes of working out my arms with weights, and an hour of yoga!Last November, my I Run 4 friend Lydia, challenged me to complete 278 miles and cover the distance from my house to hers. Well, Lydia, I have completed your challenge!!! It took me 6 months, but I did it!
