The Bahamas Marathon is in its 12th year of offering a marathon, half marathon, and relay event. Usually held on the beautiful island of the capital of Nassau – which is immersed in history, natural charm, beauty, white-sand beaches, aquamarine waters and hospitable and welcoming residents – the Bahamas Marathon has become the pre-eminent endurance event of the country. The event usually features runners from 19 countries and 31 states.
Due to the pandemic, 2021 will mark the first ever VIRTUAL running of Marathon Bahamas. Pick your location and your date between January 9 at 5am to January 17 at midnight to complete your distance. Added bonus, net proceeds will still benefit four charities: Cancer Society of The Bahamas, Sister Sister Support Group, Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation and Cancer Society of Grand Bahama!
