Flight Trampoline Park
Last week I had the opportunity to visit Flight Trampoline Park in Springfield, VA. I had never been to any trampoline place before, and I was pleasantly surprised! When you first get to Flight, you fill out a waiver and purchase your flight tickets. The cost depends on the age and how long you would like to jump. We ended up staying an hour, and it was a perfect amount of time!
Flight has over 50 connected wall-to-wall trampoline for kids installed!!! It is a very large building and there is a lot of space to bounce and jump.
I was super excited to be bouncing since I knew that trampolining is good for you! It was pretty tiring actually!!
Flight Park has sessions for kids and adults of all ages. We attended the Open Jump (anyone can jump), but they have designated times for the younger kids (so they don’t feel overwhelmed) and for 14+ (on Friday and Saturday nights). There are even Flight Fit classes where you can come for your workout on select mornings!
One section of the park is designated for jumping onto big puffs of air. You can jump from the trampoline or from a higher ledge. I thought it was a bit scary jumping from the higher ledge onto this big puff, but tons of kids were doing it. Jumping from the trampoline was more my style.
What is neat about Flight Trampoline Park are all the different ways you can play. Not only do they have the designated times based on ages, but they have Theme Nights, Family Flight Nights, Special Needs Nights, Homeschool times, Party Rooms and Fundraiser Opportunities.
They even have trampoline dodgeball and basketball!
The Flight Park was certainly kid- and teen-heavy, but it is certainly NOT only for kids! Even my mom had a great time jumping! I highly encourage all those parents to leave the benches empty and join in the fun!
All of us had an awesome time! I will definitely be back to Flight Trampoline Park. It was fun and I got good exercise. I really want to try the Fit Class! I was certainly exhausted at the end of the hour of just jumping by myself…!

this looks so fun! I can’t wait to go to rebounderz in sterling in a few weeks!
So fun! Great exercise too! The kids need it during summer. Would be fun to try an adult exercise class.
