There aren’t a lot of counter service dining options at Animal Kingdom for gluten-free vegans, but there is a good salad option at Flame Tree Barbecue. It is supposed to come with chicken and barbecue sauce, but I got it without. The chef supplied me with oil and vinegar and lots of spices with which to flavor my salad. It was full of vegetables and beans, so it was a refreshing and filling lunch. And a bonus were great views of the friendly ducks wandering around.
That salad looks good and I like when places will make something without the meat.
