During past vacations the Backlot Express at Hollywood Studios had been our go to for counter service. With food limitations, it will still be our go to place.At the counter I asked to see the manager. Jose came out to greet us and explained everything I could have. Basically, the entire Southwest Salad was gluten free, including the tortilla strips! Score! I just got it without the chicken. I also could have the fries, and for dessert was a chocolate chip cookie.
Jose gave us a buzzer to hold on to while he went back and fixed our food.
The salad was very tasty. I devoured the entire thing, and I am not a big salad fan.
