I decided that instead of giving something up for Lent, I am going to gain something. Well, hopefully lose something BY gaining something.
My goal is to do the 30-day Shred for the duration of Lent, and hopefully lose a few pounds and gain some muscle! I have finished 2 days so far, and I am already very sore! I plan on doing this everyday on top of my running, so I hope I can keep up!
