Last night I went on a group run with some ladies from Moms Run This Town. It was a 3-mile night run. Maestro was being needy, so I brought him along. He was actually a very good runner and kept me going.It was a hard run for me because everyone was running at a 10 minute/mile pace, with no walk breaks. I got very tired! It was good for me though, and I’m glad I went.
