fgfOne of my most favorite times to visit Disney World is during the Flower & Garden Festival at Epcot. The weather is good, all the flowers are in bloom, and it is a beautiful time.pooh I love wandering around and looking at all of the topiaries. What a fun job it must be to be able to work on designing and building these works of art! There are 400 Walt Disney World horticulturists that install all of the flowers, and 100 of them maintain them during the festival!snow There are a total of 30 million blooms and more than 500,000 plants, trees and shrubs planted for the festival.  That is a lot of up-keep!beauty 1 I think I saw most of the topiaries while I was wandering around. The different countries have kiosks with food and drink that highlight their local produce. I had a chance to partake in a few yummy items and will be posting about those soon! peterpanI had a great time visiting all the topiaries. This is my favorite festival and I can’t get enough of all the beauty! I am so glad that I had the chance to visit this year!

  1. I’ve been to Walt Disney World more times than I can count, but this past spring was the first time that I got to be there for the Flower & Garden festival! The topiaries really are amazing to see. It’s hard to even pick a favorite! My son’s favorite’s were Lightning and Mater. He loved the added bonus of have a few playgrounds to play at as well. We can’t wait to go again this coming spring!

Thank you for linking up at Way Back Wednesday! I’ll be featuring this as one of my favorites this week. 😀
