We ate at Coral Reef as part of the Candlelight Processional Package. The Chef made me a special vegetarian dish of rice and vegetables in a delicious sauce. The menu may not necessarily have a vegan dish, but usually the chef can make something pretty good out of ingredients that they have.

I don’t even eat gluten free myself, but that bread looks pretty good! Nice and toasty and crusty. And I’m not surprised they whipped up a special vegan dish just for you. I’ve only been to Disney once but they were extremely accommodating, they really go above and beyond to keep their visitors happy. It’s like they seriously strive to make your experience there as magical as possible.
