Spiralized Veggies with Ginger Citrus Dressing

I’m always experimenting with different ways to eat raw food and this salad is super versatile. The base vegetable can be so many different things: carrot, zucchini, yellow squash, sweet potato, etc. I chose yellow squash because that is what I had and needed to use. Raw Curry Vegetable Salad

  This salad is a great way to use up those extra vegetables that you have hanging around before they go bad. You can really add anything you want to this salad!
