One of my favorite restaurants at Disney World’s Animal Kingdom is Tusker House. This restaurant is a character-dining experience with African-inspired flavors located near the Kilamanjaro Safari in Africa.
Walt Disney World’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside is described as a rustic retreat that evokes the casual charm of a bygone era. A moderate resort, it is a quick and beautiful walk to Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter, and an easy boat ride to Disney Springs.
A great holiday tradition is to attend a Messiah Sing. These event are taking place all over the country this November and December. Check out this list of 100+ Messiah Sings in the United States and beyond!

Our trip to Universal Studios Florida with Family Forward was more than a dream come true. This was a vacation that lacked nothing, except maybe four or five more hours in the day. I could write about this trip all day and all night. But I won’t. In the interest of keeping things interesting and useful to you, the reader, I’ve condensed our trip onto a top 10 list (in no particular order) of elements to make or break Universal Studios Florida.
Located in Frontierland at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom is a quick-service called Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe. This Old West saloon offers fajitas, burritos, tacos, burgers, salads, and rice bowls. Pecos Bill is a great place to eat because of the variety of food and ample seating.
Everyone loves to go eat at Be Our Guest Restaurant at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. I have previously eaten lunch and dinner here, but had yet to try out breakfast. As soon as I knew the dates of my Disney trip, I got on My Disney Experience to see if there were any reservations available. Of course, there were none. Every few days I would check for cancellations, and I finally found one!
