Vegan & Gluten-free at Captain’s Grille – Disney’s Yacht Club

One of the lesser known restaurants in Walt Disney World is Captain’s Grille, located at Disney’s Yacht Club. This is a great restaurant that is often overlooked. It is modeled on an old-fashioned yacht club, featuring breakfast buffet, seafood & steaks. But, it also has great vegan & gluten-free potential! After a day at Epcot, Nathan and I were hungry for a dinner.,but didn’t have a reservation anywhere. And, unfortunately, Tutto Italia (where we originally wanted to eat) didn’t have any availability. We went on the…

Chef Mickey’s is located inside the Contemporary Resort near the Magic Kingdom. We took a bus from our resort to MK and then walked over to the Contemporary.

Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort

Located at The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, right next to Trail’s End (one of my favorite places to eat at Walt Disney World because Chef TJ is awesome), is a hilarious, high-spirited hootenanny the whole family will enjoy, accompanied by a finger-lickin’ countrified feast called the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue. I have read nothing but good things about this dinner show, so Nathan and I were sure to make reservations on our last trip to Disney! The Tables in Wonderland Card is only applicable for the…

Cape May Cafe at Disney’s Beach Club

Besides Boma, another favorite place to eat a breakfast buffet is at Cape May Cafe, located in the Beach Club. This location is a character buffet, with Minnie, Donald, and Goofy in their beach clothes! Cape May Cafe We enjoy this buffet because there are some different food items offered. They also have a “secret” stash of allergy-friendly items from Erin McKenna’s Bakery! We start off on the buffet with some fruit, veggies (usually they have broccolini -yum- or asparagus), potatoes, salad, and quinoa. Then the chef…

Trail’s End at Disney’s Fort Wilderness

Trail’s End at Fort Wilderness One of our favorite places to eat on Disney property is Trail’s End, which is located in Fort Wilderness. To get here, you either have to take the fairy from the Magic Kingdom, or take a bus to Fort Wilderness and hop on the inner-circulatory bus. It’s can take a while to arrive, but it is worth it! Trail’s End is an all-you-care-to-enjoy American buffet (and one of the cheapest ones!), with food such as smoked pork ribs, hand-carved roasted meats, peel-and-eat…
