Vegan & Gluten-free at Disney’s Epcot – Coral Reef Restaurant

*This dining experience took place in December 2012*  We ate at Coral Reef as part of the Candlelight Processional Package. The Chef made me a special vegetarian dish of rice and vegetables in a delicious sauce. Gluten-free at Disney’s Epcot – Corral Reef Restaurant

*This dining experience took place in August 2012* For lunch one day we went to the Coral Reef restaurant at Epcot. I had made reservations here when I was still eating meat (but had since gone vegan) and unfortunately the one vegetarian dish was not able to be made gluten free, so I had to get fish. Blech. *This dining experience took place in August 2012* The second night at Disney I had dinner at Tutto Italia in Epcot. Again, the chef came out to discuss what I could have. Pickings were a bit sparse because of the meat and dairy, but I was super satisfied with what I had. Gluten free pasta with the marinara sauce and a side of green beans.
