The Washington, D.C. Green Festival Expo is taking place the weekend of May 13-14, 2017! This festival is America’s largest and longest-running sustainability and green living event. It offers something for everyone, including a selection of products and services to work green, play green and live green from food, fashion and health to energy, construction and design. There will be vegan (yay!), vegetarian, organic foods; hands-on demos; educational activities; and inspirational speakers.
“Lesson Plans to Late Night” is a one-man comedy show about Lucas Bohm’s transition from elementary school teacher to national touring comedian. It is truly a one-of-a-kind comedy experience combining live stand up comedy and visual images. He will be performing in Washington, D.C. from May 3-13, 2017!
The National Museum of African American History and Culture is a museum that seeks to understand American history through the lens of the African American experience. It is the newest Smithsonian museum in Washington, D.C., as it just opened in September 2016.
It is now officially Spring, and Easter is coming up soon! It’s time to plan your trips to see the Easter Bunny and to decide which Egg Hunts you want to attend. Knowing where and when the Virginia Easter Egg hunts are taking place is key.
Lucky for you, I have taken the time to find 90 Virginia Easter Egg Hunts all over the state!
