Let me tell you – Chef TJ is WONDERFUL!!!!! We went to 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian our Christmas Celebration buffet. Chef TJ took us around and told us what we could eat that is gluten-free and vegan. This is what we could eat off of the buffet:
Chef TJ then brought us out a multi-course, specially prepared meal. Here was our appetizer: a trio of salads.
Our main course was absolutely delicious. It was chunks of tofu (that I let Nathan eat) with vegetables and crunchy rice noodles. This plate was huge! We shared, and still could barely finish the food.
Now, for dessert, he made us each a tower of treats. Doesn’t that look amazing!?
Chef TJ was very accommodating, and very eager to make us a delicious meal. I HIGHLY recommend eating where ever he is a chef. I know he changes restaurants occasionally, so I can’t guarantee it will always be 1900 Park Fare.
